Solution Focused Therapy with Parent Mentor Gill Tree

If you feel that it would be beneficial to have some mentoring with Gill on a one to one basis, I provide sessions of 50 minutes for £60 either via skype or phone, day time and some evenings.

I am trained in counselling, a master practitioner of NLP (neuro linguistic programming) and trained in Solution Focused Brief Therapy. My focus is on helping people find solutions rather than dwelling on problems, (although we of course discuss the issues you are facing) whilst helping parents gain an understanding of what lies behind thier childs' behaviour.
